URS Corporation bases supplier relationships on lawful, efficient,
and fair practices. As such, Washington Defense
Group (WDG) and the Pine Bluff Chemical Agent Demilitarization
Facility (PBCDF) follow in direct suit. |
Washington Defense Group will not tolerate:
- Minimum Age Violations
- Use of Forced Labor
- Disregard
for Applicable EHS/OSHA Standards
- Failure to Safeguard
and Respect WDG Intellectual Property Rights
- Disregard
of Applicable Export Controls Customs Regulations.
|
| Suppliers may not use sub-tier suppliers or third
parties to circumvent WDG expectations. Suppliers
may not offer gifts/gratuities or entertainment
to WDG employees. Such offerings will be returned. |
Supplier behavior must be consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub-Part 3 as well as the Procurement Integrity Act. WDG will only associate with suppliers that meet these standards...without compromise. It should be known by all current and potential WDG suppliers that every WDG employee makes a personal commitment to:
- Create a safe workplace and protect the environment
- Obey laws and regulations applicable to WDG's
business conduct worldwide
- Be honest, fair and trustworthy in all WDG
activities and relationships
- Avoid all conflicts of interest
- Sustain a culture through leadership at all
levels, where ethical conduct is recognized, valued
and exemplified by all
